*Student’s status is subject to proof. You will have to send us by email or fax a copy of your Student ID or a letter from your Institution, University or Conservatoire to prove that you’re enrolled as a student to the current Academic Year (2011-2012).
All participants, including those with an accepted proposal, need to pay the participation fee and fill the Registration Form with all requirements. Please note that different fees and procedures are applied in order to participate as an exhibitor and to book an exhibition stand for publications and products. No registration is complete until full payment has been made.
Full fee (IMS members, non members and students) includes: conference folder, complete programme with abstracts, participation in the sessions, coffee breaks, welcome reception and final ceremony, part of concerts and visits (except when extra-fees are indicated).
Single day fee includes: conference folder, complete programme with abstracts, participation in the sessions and coffee breaks of the chosen day/s, eventual concerts and visits in the chosen day/s (except when extra-fees are indicated).
Accompanying person fee includes: conference folder, coffee breaks, welcome reception and final ceremony, concerts and visits (except when extra-fees are indicated)
Travels, lunches and dinners, hotel accommodation, eventual extra-fees for concerts and visits, farewell dinner and any other not mentioned expenses are not included.
Visits should be booked in advance. An email alert will be sent to already registered people to warning everyone of the booking expiration time.
Outreach donations
We would like to enable as many people as possible to attend the conference. Unfortunately, there are countries where researcher and students are unable to obtain funding from the usual sources, and the IMS Outreach Fund on its own cannot meet the demand. These colleagues always make a great contribution to the conference, so you are invited to make a donation to help them attend. Donors are acknowledged in the official conference programme. If you are able to make a donation, however small, please fill in the box on the registration form. Thank you in advance.
