Below you find an indication of room prices offered. Most of the selected hotels are easily and quickly accessible by public transport, mainly by underground or city’s railway lines. Early bookings (more than 90 days before the meeting) are recommended. During last weeks before the congress, discounted rates could be no more available. Please, note that these are cheaper rates offered only for reservation made through Alderan Events.
Their ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM is also available. As they are on site, they’re often able to offer lower rates than other online booking services.

Rome City Tax
Please note that, as of 1 January 2011, everyone staying in any hotel of Rome must pay the following Rome City Tax upon arrival directly in the hotel:
3.00 € PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 5 Star Dlx, 5 Star and 4 Star hotels.
2.00 € PER PERSON PER NIGHT for stays in 3 Star, 2 Star, 1 Star hotels.
The above fees are due for a maximum of a 10 night stay (i.e. guests who will stay in Rome for more than 10 nights will have to pay this fee for max. 10 nights).
BED & BREAKFAST and APARTMENTS
The Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome offers accommodations in B&B (officially recognized guest room in a private home) and private apartments. The Association was one of the first B & B networks in Rome. All accommodations provide affordable, comfortable and enjoyable lodgings, as an alternative to hotels: from budget accommodations to elegant rooms and luxury apartment rentals.

B&B and apartments list

B&B rooms are carefully selected to meet a high standard of professional hospitality. Continental breakfast is served each morning by the host or hostess who is often available to answer questions about Rome. You are free to come and go at your leisure. Up to four people per room. The minimum stay is generally 2 nights.
Fully furnished, self-catering apartments are also available. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchens can be used to prepare your own meals. Keys to the flats are provided. Up to eleven people per apartment. The minimum stay is generally 3 nights.

Lunch
We’re arranging a list of selected restaurants for lunch, in addition to the bars/restaurants in the Auditorium. Medium lunch prices will be around 12/15 euros per person (considering one course, a drink and a coffee)
Dinner
Dinner will not be organized in any way.
Please, consider that minimum dinner prices in Rome are:
15/20 euros for a pizza with a drink
30/40 up to 60 euros for a complete meal in a cheap/medium restaurant
